Who we are
Prime Time Reset ("we", "us") is a members' community and content platform for women in the next chapter of their lives. When you join, subscribe or interact with the site, you trust us with some information about you. We take that seriously.
What we collect
- Account details you give us, such as name, email address and profile information.
- Content you create, including community posts, replies, reactions, Reset responses, chat conversations with Vanessa and the team, and photos you upload.
- Membership and billing information, handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
- Usage information, such as pages viewed and device type, to keep the site working well.
How we use it
To run your account, personalise your dashboard and companion conversations, deliver the newsletter and events you signed up for, keep the community safe, and improve the experience over time. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see your content
Your Reset answers, private notes and chat conversations are visible only to you. Community posts you publish are visible to signed-in members. We rely on database Row Level Security so your private data stays private, by default.
Your choices
You can update or delete your profile from the dashboard, unsubscribe from any email at the bottom of the message, and ask us to close your account and remove your data at any time by writing to hello@primetimereset.com.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are helpful.
