At Shoreditch House, Rosemary Reed sat down with Karen Millen OBE and Stacey Duguid to talk about ageism at work, the hidden financial crisis facing women in later life, and why it's time to stop pretending everything is fine.

Karen sold her fashion brand for almost £100 million, and bad financial advice took nearly all of it. Stacey went from a top editorial job to the job centre. Their message is clear: it's okay to speak out, and women are stronger together.
